What materials do you use in your clothing?

We specialise in premium organic cotton and sustainable textiles. All our fabrics are carefully sourced to ensure they meet rigorous organic certification standards whilst maintaining the durability and quality you expect from heritage-inspired garments.

Are your products certified organic?

Yes, our organic cotton products are certified to recognised organic standards. We're committed to transparency in our sourcing and can provide certification details upon request.

Do you have third-party certifications?

We work with suppliers who hold recognised certifications including GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and other industry-standard organic certifications. We're happy to provide specific certification information for individual products upon request.

What type of ink is used for garment graphics?

Every ink we use is water-based - no exceptions. Our screen printing inks carry both OEKO-TEX and ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) certification, meaning harmful chemicals are eliminated from the process entirely, not just managed.

Our standard inks and pigments are GOTS certified, and our discharge printing system is formaldehyde-free - better for the people making your garments, and better for the environment they work in.

For direct-to-garment printing, we use water-based inks that are GOTS certified, OEKO-TEX certified, and CPSIA compliant - so whether your piece is screen printed or digitally printed, the same standard applies throughout.

How do I care for organic cotton garments?

Organic cotton is naturally durable and improves with age. We recommend washing in cold water, air drying when possible, and avoiding harsh chemicals. Detailed care instructions are included with each garment.

How long should my garments last?

With proper care, our garments are designed to last for years. We focus on quality construction, durable organic materials, and timeless designs that won't go out of style. Many customers find that organic cotton actually becomes softer and more comfortable over time whilst maintaining its integrity.

What should I do with garments at end of life?

We encourage responsible disposal of worn-out garments. Organic cotton is biodegradable and can be composted if free from synthetic trims. Alternatively, consider textile recycling programmes, repurposing fabric for cleaning cloths, or donating items that still have life in them to charity shops.

What makes your clothing sustainable?

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship within the UK, to the European Union, and internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. If your country isn't available at checkout, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Why does it take a while to receive my order?

We're a small independent brand and every order matters to us. All orders go through a careful processing period of 5-7 business days before dispatch — this ensures quality is checked and every item is prepared properly. Once dispatched, please allow a further 5-7 business days for UK delivery. We appreciate your patience; it's what allows us to do things the right way.

What are your delivery times within the UK?

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Please also allow 5-7 business days for order processing before dispatch. Total estimated time from order to door is up to 15 business days.

How can I track my order?

What condition must items be in for returns?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. This helps us maintain quality standards for all our customers.

Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes run?

Our garments are designed with a classic, comfortable fit. We recommend consulting our size guide on each product page for specific measurements. Because organic cotton is not treated with the harsh chemical coatings used to make conventional clothes wrinkle-resistant and pre-shrunk, the fabric remains in its more natural state

  • Shrinkage Potential: If the garment is not explicitly labelled "pre-shrunk," 100% organic cotton can shrink, usually within 1-3%. This shrinkage is typically length-wise rather than in width.
  • High-Quality Fibers: Organic cotton often uses longer fibres, which makes the material more durable and less prone to stretching out over time compared to lower-quality, non-organic options.
  • Washing Care: To prevent organic clothes from becoming "smaller," they should be washed in cold or warm water and "line-dried" rather than tumble-dried on high heat.

Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-order options?

Many of our products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste. Whilst we don't currently offer custom sizing, our size guides provide detailed measurements to help you find the best fit. If you have specific requirements, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.
