Processing Time All orders are carefully processed within 5-7 business days of purchase. As a small independent brand working with premium organic clothing, every order receives individual attention before it's dispatched - we don't rush that. Some items are made to order, which reduces waste and reflects our commitment to sustainability. Good things take time, and we think you'll agree it's worth the wait.

Shipping Methods & Costs

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £1.99 (Free on qualifying orders)
  • Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch

European Union

  • Standard International Shipping: £23.99
  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard International Shipping: £23.99
  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Total Estimated Time From the moment you place your order, please allow up to 15 business days for UK delivery (processing + shipping). We appreciate your patience — it's what allows us to do things properly.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery progress.

International Orders For orders shipped outside the UK, please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@threadandtor.co.uk — we'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.

In the rare event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
